In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jw7," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the jw7 gaming platform accessible at jw7.lol and all associated sub-domains and services.
• "Platform" means the jw7 website, mobile browser interface, all games, sports betting markets, payment systems, promotional tools, and support services made available through jw7.lol.

• "Prohibited Activities" means the conduct listed in Clause 10 of these Terms & Conditions.

jw7 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe requested by jw7 will result in the suspension or permanent closure of the Account and forfeiture of any Bonus Balance. Real Money Balances will be returned subject to satisfactory KYC completion.

Each individual may register only one (1) jw7 Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same identity, a different name, or a third party's credentials — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport
• A valid Pakistani mobile number capable of receiving SMS OTPs
• Date of birth confirming you are aged 21 or above
• A valid email address that you actively monitor
• A secure password meeting jw7's minimum complexity requirements

You are obligated to keep your registration information current and accurate. If any information changes — including your mobile number or email address — you must update your Account details promptly by contacting jw7 support via live chat. jw7 is not liable for failed OTP delivery, missed notifications, or delayed withdrawals caused by outdated account information provided by the Player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jw7 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes received via SMS. jw7 will never contact you by phone, email, or any other channel to request your password or OTP. Any communication purporting to be from jw7 and requesting login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to jw7 immediately.

• Do not share your password with any other person, including family members and friends.
• Do not use the same password on jw7 that you use on other websites or services.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your Account Security settings for maximum protection.
• Log out of your jw7 Account when using shared devices, public computers, or public Wi-Fi networks.
• Notify jw7 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

jw7 will not be held liable for losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain adequate account security, including losses resulting from a compromised password that was shared with or obtained by a third party through the Player's own negligence. Upon receiving notice of suspected unauthorised access, jw7 will suspend the Account and investigate promptly.

All deposits to jw7 Accounts are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). jw7 supports deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and 1LINK. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by jw7, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. jw7 does not accept third-party deposits.
• Deposit processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits credit instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) hours during business hours.
• jw7 does not charge any deposit processing fees. Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.
• jw7 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposits as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.
• Deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to a returns process rather than a standard withdrawal if jw7 identifies deposit-and-withdraw patterns inconsistent with genuine gaming activity.

Players may withdraw their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions and procedures. All withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200.
• First-time withdrawals from a new Account require completion of KYC verification, including submission of a valid CNIC or passport. KYC typically clears within thirty (30) minutes during business hours.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa for verified accounts under Rs 50,000 are processed within five (5) minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within two (2) business days of approval.
• Any active Bonus Balance subject to an incomplete wagering requirement will not be eligible for withdrawal until the wagering requirement is fully satisfied.
• jw7 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that trigger AML thresholds, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if such checks are initiated.

In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General rules applicable to all jw7 bonuses and promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are issued as Bonus Balance and cannot be directly withdrawn. They must be converted to Real Money Balance by completing the applicable wagering requirement.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the total Bonus Balance amount unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and all associated winnings are forfeited without notice.

• Bonuses are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap unless otherwise stated. Winnings generated from Bonus Balance in excess of the cap will be removed at the time of withdrawal processing.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jw7 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and money laundering: Using jw7 to process, conceal, or transfer proceeds of unlawful activity.

• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in bad faith after using deposited funds for genuine gaming activity.

Players may close their own Account voluntarily at any time by contacting jw7 support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method, subject to KYC completion. Voluntary Account closure does not entitle the Player to a return of any Bonus Balance that has not satisfied its wagering requirement.

All content on the jw7 Platform — including but not limited to the jw7 logo, brand name, website design, game interfaces, graphics, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of jw7 or its licensed content providers. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jw7's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jw7 shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

• Losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain adequate account security as outlined in Clause 5.
• Losses resulting from the Player's reliance on information provided on the Platform that does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

Nothing in this Clause shall limit jw7's liability for death or personal injury caused by jw7's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

jw7 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to jw7 processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
